Legal type stuff: Okay, I'm not a lawyer, but here's some stuff to pass along. First, only one email address per household. This is a goodwill contest, so please don't send a thousand requests just to try and win the free button.

You can only win once. Your email address in only eligible in the month you join the newsletter. It will not be carried over after that month.

If you have won in the past and you submit a duplicate email address, it will be deleted and withdrawn from the drawing.

Emails that do not contain your name and address will be added to the newsletter, but may be removed from the drawing at my sole discretion. I will not use your name and address for any other reason other than to verify who is joining the newsletter. I will not be sending you any mail or selling your information to any third party. I don't do things that way and would never subject you to anything like that.

Your odds of winning depend on how many people have joined the newsletter that month.

The contest dates are as follows: Names will be added starting 12:00 am the first day of the month. They will continue to be added until 11:59 pm the last day of the month. Winners will be notified by email within a day or two of the end of the drawing period. In your notifcation email, you will be given a Voucher code which you can enter in the shopping cart. Winners will also be announced in the GetFunButtons newsletter. Your full information will not be revealed to the list. It will be in this format: "This months winner is Robert C. of Lyons Colorado." No other information about you will be passed along.

The gift certificate has no cash valve and cannot be redeemed for cash. It is only good for purchasing items on the GetFunButtons.com website. It cannot be transferred. However, if you wish to use your gift certificate to send someone else a gift of a button, contact me and let me know. I will arrange it for you.

The gift certificate will not expire, unless the site closes. If the site closes, the gift certificate will no longer be good (but hey, the site's been going for 2 years now and I don't plan on letting it go any time soon). You may use the gift certificate at any time you wish and it may be combined with other purchases. If combined with other purchases, you will receive $2.49 off your total bill.

Anyone using deceptive means or bot programs to submit registrations to the newsletter to be removed from the drawing. Hey, this is all in fun, so let's keep it nice, okay?

The rules may change at any given time. Outcome of the drawing is up to me and awarded at my sole discretion. The drawing may be removed at any given time. In the case that it is withdrawn, anyone who has signed up before it's closing will be eligible for that months drawing.
